01 General Terms & Conditions
Taka12 is an online entertainment platform offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and other gaming services. These terms form a legally binding agreement between taka12 and its users.
These terms are available in English for users' convenience. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail. taka12's services are for personal entertainment only — use for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

02 Account Register
The following requirements must be met to create an account with taka12:

- Single Account: Each individual or household is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment details is strictly prohibited.
- Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false or incorrect details will result in account termination.
- Password Security: Keep your account password strong and never share it with anyone. Users are solely responsible for any security breaches on their account.
- Last Updated: Any changes to your identity, address, or contact information must be reported to taka12 immediately.

03 KYC Verification
Taka12 follows internationally recognised Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. Identity verification is mandatory before withdrawals and for deposits exceeding specified limits.

04 Deposits & Payments
Deposits on taka12 can be made via mobile banking or bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100.
- Deposited funds must come from a payment method that belongs to the account holder.
- Use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.
- Successful deposits are generally credited to your wallet instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact support.
- International banking charges may apply for currency conversion — these are the user's responsibility.
Funds held in a taka12 account do not earn interest and may not be used for investment purposes.
05 Withdrawal Policy
The following rules apply to withdrawing winnings from taka12:
- The minimum withdrawal limit is BDT 500.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
- Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
- The applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
taka12 reserves the right to freeze withdrawals and conduct an investigation if fraud or money laundering is suspected.

06 Bonuses & Promotions
Taka12 offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which must be read before claiming.
- Welcome Bonus: Bonus on first deposit for new members. Cannot be withdrawn without meeting the specified wagering requirements.

- Bonus Validity: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused bonus funds will be voided once the validity period ends.
- Misuse: Bonus abuse — such as arbitrage betting or claiming bonuses across multiple accounts — may result in account termination.
- Right to Amend: taka12 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time. Claiming a new bonus before completing the wagering requirements of an existing one will result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
07 Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all betting activity on taka12:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Taka12 reserves the right to void bets placed on odds that were clearly displayed in error.
- If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
- Odds changing during live betting is normal. taka12 is not liable for any bets voided due to connection issues.
- Placing contradictory bets on the same event (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.
- Participation in match fixing or any other form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
08 Live Casino Terms
Taka12's Live Casino section operates in partnership with the world's leading game providers. Additional terms apply to this section:
- The outcome of all Live Casino games is determined by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator).
- If a game in progress is cancelled due to a technical fault or disconnection, taka12 will make a fair and reasonable decision.

09 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on taka12:

- Using software bots or automated tools.
- Creating an account on behalf of, or for use by, a minor.

Any involvement in the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
10 Account Closure & Suspension
Taka12 reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:
- In the event of a terms violation.
- If fraudulent activity is suspected.
- If KYC information is false or incomplete.
- For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
Users may request account closure at any time. Any legitimate funds can be withdrawn before the account is closed.
